COVID Policies
- At this time, our waiting room is closed.
- Please wait in your car until the session time. Your therapist will come to the main entrance to get you at the start of your session time.
- I will walk you into the main hallway and directly to the office for your session.
- Masks are not required, but are strongly recommended to be worn when walking to the office. Masks may be removed during the session if preferred.
- I am limited to 3 sessions a day due to the need to disinfect and clean
- You will be asked to sign a consent prior to participating in a face-to-face session acknowledging the risks associated with COVID-19.
- In an attempt to minimize the risks of spreading germs, we ask that you answer these screening questions prior to attending a session in person:
- Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
- Have you had a new loss of taste or smell?
- Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours?
